ATu parles literally means "you talk," but here it's sarcasm, like "Yeah, right" or "Sure." French speakers use it to brush off something they don't buy. A close English match is "Tell me about it," said with an eye-roll.

AJe m'en doutais means "I suspected as much" or "I had a feeling." Careful: se douter de is a false friend. It isn't "to doubt," it's the opposite, "to suspect." So this is "I figured," not "I doubted it."

AÇa marche literally means "it works," but in conversation it's "okay" or "sounds good," the way you agree to a plan. Someone suggests noon and you reply ça marche. You'll also hear ça roule, a bit more casual.

ADu coup means "so" or "as a result," but the French sprinkle it in like a filler, closer to "so anyway." In writing you'd use donc instead. In speech it's almost a verbal tic.
