By installing or using StreamTutor, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the product.

What StreamTutor is

StreamTutor is a browser extension and companion website that adds a language- learning layer on top of your own Netflix subscription. It is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Netflix.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for complying with Netflix's own terms of service and for the security of your account credentials. Use the product for personal, non-commercial language learning. StreamTutor isn't meant for children under 16. If you're under 16, check with a parent or guardian first.

Accounts and billing

Word explanations require an account. The free plan includes 5 explanations a day. Pro includes 60 explanations a day and Say it, which has a generous daily fair-use limit. Pro costs $8.99 a month, is billed monthly in advance and renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; Pro continues through the end of the paid period, and your account then moves to the free plan.

Acceptable use

Don't abuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to overload the service, and don't use it to infringe anyone's rights. Use Say it with your own voice; don't use it to record other people. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. AI-generated explanations may occasionally be imperfect, and Say it relies on automatic transcription, which can mishear a word. It's speaking practice, not a test. We're not liable for indirect or incidental damages to the extent permitted by law.
